Recipe for Innovation
Invesco QQQ
Turning innovation into something you can taste.
Swanhaus created and led Recipe for Innovation from concept through execution—a multi-platform culinary storytelling platform that connected the world of investing with the creativity, craft, and experimentation of food. The 11-part series brought together renowned chefs, innovative companies, and original stories across film, social, digital, print, broadcast, and live experiences.
From the culinary films and cookbooks to campaign assets, large-scale activations, an interactive touchscreen experience, and a holographic installation featuring Kwame Onwuachi, every touchpoint was designed to feel like part of one connected idea.
A series featuring a gastronomic tribute to the innovative companies within the Invesco QQQ ETF, where chefs Esther Choi, Nyesha Arrington, José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Nick DiGiovanni, Ayesha Nurdjaja, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Kristen Kish, Claudette Zepeda, Kwame Onwuachi, and Marcus Samuelsson are inspired to rethink possibility through the universal language of food.
From screen to experience.
We brought Recipe for Innovation into the physical world through an immersive live activation that invited guests to experience innovation through food, technology, and play. The event brought together interactive experiences, culinary storytelling, and the campaign’s visual world, creating an environment where audiences could engage with the ideas and personalities behind the series beyond the screen.
Recipe for Innovation: Live.
We brought the campaign to life through an immersive activation that merged culinary storytelling, interactive technology, and play. Guests stepped into an interactive cooking experience, engaging with the ideas behind Recipe for Innovation through touchscreens and a holographic Chef Kwame Onwuachi. The experience transformed the campaign’s central idea—finding new possibilities through innovation—into something audiences could actively explore, experience, and enjoy.
Chef’s Table Premiere.
We brought Recipe for Innovation into the spotlight with a one-night-only premiere celebrating Kwame Onwuachi’s culinary journey and the arrival of food as an art form at Lincoln Center. Hosted at the Walter Reade Theater, the evening brought together New York’s cultural, culinary, and media communities for a screening of Kwame’s Chef’s Table episode, preceded by a Recipe for Innovation trailer and followed by a conversation exploring his journey, inspirations, and approach to culinary innovation. The evening continued at Tatiana with drinks, passed food, and an intimate celebration of food, culture, and creativity.
A Story You Can Hold.
We extended Recipe for Innovation into a beautifully crafted cookbook, bringing the chefs, recipes, and stories behind the series into a tactile editorial experience. Each chef’s story unfolds through a dedicated collection of recipes, photography, and storytelling, creating a lasting expression of the campaign beyond the screen.
